Nils Köbis

Nils Köbis is a Professor for the Human Understanding of Algorithms and Machines at the Research Center Trustworthy Data Science and Security (University Duisburg-Essen) and affiliated researcher at the Center for Humans and Machines (Max Planck Institute for Human Development). His work explores the ethical and behavioral implications of artificial intelligence, particularly in decision-making, machine behavior, and human-AI interactions. He is a co-founder of the Interdisciplinary Corruption Research Network and Kickback, the Global Anti-Corruption Podcast.
