Monitoring platform created by BIRN Serbia that aims to track and reveal the ownership structures of various media outlets. It is part of the international Media Ownership Monitor initiative, a mapping tool developed by the Reporter ohne Grenzen, the German section of the international human rights organization Reporters Without Borders, to create a publicly available, continuously updated database that lists owners of all relevant mass media outlets (printed press, radio, television, and online media).
