Integrity Arrivals seeks to close Romania’s “revolving-door” loopholes by strengthening oversight of public officials’ pre- and post-employment. Over July 2025-July 2026 the action involved (1) a research report with anonymized case studies from the energy, finance, insurance and local-administration sectors; (2) a multi-stakeholder Responsible Business Forum to shape reform priorities; (3) a one-day pilot training for local officials to detect and manage conflicts of interest; and (4) an advocacy campaign—policy brief, consultations and social-media outreach—to evaluate the law Romania enacted to meet OECD recommendations.
