An open-source website that lets residents report local problems (like graffiti, fly tipping, broken paving slabs, street lighting, car parking on public pavement) to the responsible authority. This technology developed by MySociety has been implemented in other countries. It aims to simplify civic engagement by automatically routing reports to the correct government department based on geographical data and problem categories. All reports remain visible to the public, so to prevent duplication, encourage institutional responsiveness, and provide a transparent tracking system for community improvements.
