Dr. Andrii Biletskyi is an anti-corruption expert with experience in conducting anti-corruption research, providing anti-corruption trainings and developing anti-corruption legislation. Andrii holds a PhD in Criminal Law, Criminology and Penitentiary Law from the Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University.

Ilona is an Assistant Professor at the Institute of Philosophy and Sociology, Polish Academy of Sciences (Poland) and a senior researcher in ACREC (Ukraine). Her research focuses on the issues of corruption, meritocracy and social inequality, as well as methodology of survey research and data harmonization.
