Rumena Filipova
Dr. Rumena Filipova is Chairperson and Founder of the Institute for Global Analytics (Bulgaria). She holds a DPhil in International Relations from the University of Oxford and her main research interests focus on the politics and international relations of Central and Eastern Europe, including questions of identity, democracy, political corruption and the foreign influence exercised by Russia and China.

Dr. Stoyan Panov is Senior Analyst at the Institute for Global Analytics (Bulgaria). He received his PhD in Law at the University of Birmingham and his main research interests focus on the EU’s legal and institutional responses to the rule of law and corruption, the effect of populism on the rule of law, separation of powers and judicial independence.
